2. Quotes and pricing
Rates shown on this website (including the scrap prices page) are indicative and change with market conditions. The final price is the rate confirmed with you before pickup, applied to the weight measured on calibrated scales at collection.
3. Ownership of materials
By selling materials to us you confirm you are their lawful owner or are authorised to sell them. We may decline any material whose ownership or origin cannot be reasonably confirmed.
4. Data-bearing equipment
Storage media in IT equipment we purchase is securely wiped or physically destroyed before recycling. Sellers remain responsible for backing up any data they need before handover.
